Hartmut Frommert's Schiefspiegler

My instrument is an 11-cm f/24.7 Kutter Schiefspiegler in anastigmatic construction, i.e. consisted of the two mirrors only and not needing a correction lens. This telescope, with its optics from the Belgian manufacturer Lichtenknecker, was constructed from a kit offered by the Kosmos company from Stuttgart, Germany, and had its first light (planet Jupiter) on September 1, 1973.
