Scalar gravity and Higgs potential

Abstract

A general Lorentz-invariant scalar gravitational interaction theory with self-interaction is presented. It is shown that this theory leads to the recently discovered Higgs-field gravity and thereby provides a new approach to the Higgs-potential.
