Discovered by Terzan and Ju in 1980.
This object was discovered by Terzan and Ju on POSS plates and listed as a
nebulous object, described to appear to bea globular cluster
(Terzan, Ju 1980). It was listed as presumable
globular cluster in Webbink (1985) and
Racine, Harris (1989). Eventually, it was revealed
to be a Planetary Nebula in the 1992 PNG catalog
(Acker et.al. 1992)
