Discovered by Bica in 1994.
This object was found by Bica (1994) and thought to be
a globular cluster candidate. However, it turned out that this is most probably
an emission nebula, perhaps a supernova remnant of 49" diameter
(Bica et.al. 1995).
SIMBAD classifies it as a planetary nabula (PN G001.4+06.3) according to
Cappellaro et.al. (2001).
