During the mid-1990s, Christoph acquired from Lichtenknecker a mirror set for a 125mm Schiefspiegler and built such an instrument.

The focusser is running on roller plunger of a Diesel injection pump.

At that time, Christoph did not yet use a lathe. During the years, he has added a new finder/guiding telescope, a new mount with drive, and eyepiece revolver:
